This is a device for testing the oxidative stability of fats and oils, compliant with the official method CDM for fat analysis. The AOM testing method requires significant manpower and costs, as well as long monitoring tasks. An alternative method is the CDM testing machine, Ransimat, developed by Metrohm. It does not require extraction using organic solvents, and you only need to set the sample directly in the device, so a draft chamber is not necessary.
